Let the magic begin

Open your card’s QR link in your phone’s browser, add a name if you wish, then open the experience and allow camera access. Stand your card upright and keep all four corners in view.

Do I need an app?

No. The experience plays in your phone’s browser. If you opened the link inside a social or shopping app, try opening it directly in Safari or Chrome.

My camera won’t start

Allow camera access when asked. If you previously blocked it, enable camera access in your browser’s settings for this site, then reload. Close other apps or tabs using your camera and try again.

The card isn’t being recognised

Use the printed card that matches this experience. Stand it upright in even light, avoid glare, and keep its full front in view. Move your phone a little closer or further away until the card is found.

The animation moves or feels shaky

Keep the card still and hold your phone steadily. Good lighting and a clear view of all four corners help. Avoid very steep viewing angles, reflections and covering the artwork.

There’s no sound

Check your phone’s media volume and tap Sound on in the experience. If playback was interrupted, return to the card and try Watch again.

It’s taking a while to load

The first visit downloads the animation. Keep the page open on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection. If loading stalls, reload the page and try again.

Can I personalise or replay it?

Add a name on the opening screen to see it in the Christmas wish. It’s optional. The visit loops, and Watch again lets you restart when it appears. To change a name, leave the experience and enter it again.

How do I save or share a moment?

Tap the camera icon for a photo, or the red record circle to record a fresh visit. Tap the stop square to finish. Opening the menu also finishes a recording; it will be ready to review when you return. Review your capture, then Share using your phone’s options or Save and upload it from your favourite social app. Available sharing options depend on your phone and browser.
